    Description

    A rare Red Kodak Brownie #2 Model C Box Camera in excellent condition.  Shows very slight age wear on the corners but was likely kept on a shelf for most of its life. Shutter works properly. A great display camera.  Made by the Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester NY.  Includes the film holder frame.
    This camera is from a high-end collection in Lancaster County PA.  My guess is the camera was never used and probably never had a roll of film through it.  It was made in about 1901, making it 119 years old.  It was the first camera is use the still popular 120 roll film.
    Up for sale is Kodak's smallest box from 1916, the No.00 Cartridge Premo Camera with a Meniscus lens. A very rare find for any collection.
