Description
Produced by the Kodak Co. of Rochester NY between 1932 - 1933. It was the first Kodak produced camera to use 620 size film. It is in very good condition considering that it age. The carrying strap on the top is still intact. All levers seem functional and operate smoothly. There is some rust around the outside of the viewfinder. I have not opened this camera. I am not familiar with the process of opening and didn't want to damage it. Measurements approx. 4" high x 2 3/4" wide x 4 1/2" deep.BTW: 620 film is still available
A rare Red Kodak Brownie #2 Model C Box Camera in excellent condition. Shows very slight age wear on the corners but was likely kept on a shelf for most of its life. Shutter works properly. A great display camera. Made by the Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester NY. Includes the film holder frame.
This camera is from a high-end collection in Lancaster County PA. My guess is the camera was never used and probably never had a roll of film through it. It was made in about 1901, making it 119 years old. It was the first camera is use the still popular 120 roll film.
